HR Payroll Officer

For our client, we are looking for a Consultant Payroll Officer to join the HR team within a French multinational company.

Following responsibilities

  • The consultant ensures the management of staff data and staff employment contracts, as well as the drafting of contracts.
  • Similarly, he/she ensures correct processing and monitoring of performance so as to ensure timely payment of salaries (blue-collar and white-collar workers)
  • Your responsibilities also include drawing up social documents (= all C documents, employer’s certificate, leave certificates, documents for the health insurance fund, documents for child benefits) and following these up within the appropriate deadlines.
  • Moreover, the consultant provides the necessary support in cooperation with the syndicates and social institutions regarding salaries and social documents.
  • He/she closely monitors social legislation and applies it correctly
  • He/she makes the adjustments related to changes concerning career evolution, promotion, attachments
  • The management of the entire personnel administrati;on (benefits, wages, time credit, educational leave, economic unemployment, etc.) is also part of the job description

Profile

  • A relevant experience in payroll and HR admin of min. 2 years
  • Good knowledge of social and fiscal legislation, linked to payroll management
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and good knowledge of French
  • Good analytical skills, problem-solver and flexible
  • Team spirit and excellent communication with the necessary diplomacy
  • Service-minded, well organised and autonomous, setting priorities
  • Command of MS office (strong in Excel), knowledge of SAP is a plus
