Context
The legal advisor works within the team of lawyers at the client’s consultation center and is responsible for providing written advice to notaries and their employees.
He/she assists them in finding legally correct solutions that meet the needs in his/her specialty.
The subjects that the legal advisor will mainly deal with concern the specialization of property law in relation to notarial activity. This includes questions of purchase and sale, usufruct, co-ownership, long-term lease, surface area, mandate, etc.
Your Profile
- A Masters in Law
- Professional experience in the field of notaries or additional mastery in this field is an asset
- Good level of French or Dutch (spoken and written) with a good knowledge of the other language.
- Communicative
