For our client in the Insurance Sector, we are looking for a Talent Recruiter for support to our HR-team in Brussels. Your scope will be the Belgian headquarters as well as the branches located in different European countries (France, Germany, Italy, UK, and the Netherlands).
What are your responsibilities?
- You will manage the full cycle recruitment process: understanding the business needs, sourcing, CV screening and interviewing and conducting the job offer negotiations for different type of profiles.
- You will work with recruiting team members and hiring managers to develop and execute the sourcing strategy.
- You will act as a Trusted Partner for business and candidates.
- You will establish a positive candidate experience (‘human touch’) throughout the recruitment process.
- You will ensure the data quality and keep records up to date in the recruitment tool.
Who are we looking for?
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources or in a similar field
- Min 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in the insurance or financial sectors.
- You have a passion for working with people and a competency-based approach: Competency Based Interviewing, use of the
- STAR method and personality tests.
- You demonstrate excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills to effectively interact with hiring managers, executive management, and candidates.
- You have strong business acumen to translate business needs into defined talent pipelines and sourcing strategy.
- You are proactive, detail-oriented, and well organized.
- You are a team player with positive attitude.
- You have experience with ATS-tools.
- You are business fluent in French/Dutch and English (written and oral).
